Took my phone in for a new phone screen. Phone worked perfectly except for cracked screen. They had for three hours and end up breaking my phone so that it wouldn’t even start up or charge. End up having to purchase a new phone. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Took my phone into this store and got it back in worse shape then it went in. Manager yelled at me and told me i needed to calm down after they made my device worse. Not to mention over priced poor quality repairs. Horrible experience.

My phone was completely shattered (front and back). Thank God uBreakifix was open for business. I was able to get my phone repaired on the same day and it only took 1.5 hrs. Quick service and the price was right. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing service for phone repairs.

I had a phone screen that needed replaced. I had been here before and had a great experience, so I went back. It was another great experience. They are friendly and rather fast. I like how with a screen replacement, you can get it taken care of and get your phone back the same day.

The repairability for Apple airpods are really low so it's not something that is possible but home plus is a preemptive plan where for a service fee you would be able to trade in broken tech to either be fixed if possible or complete exchange to a new but same model of a device or newer if the model of device is no longer available.

Yeah we can fix a Deactivated phone, but we can’t activate it. So if the screen is broke or it won’t charge bring it in. If the phone is flagged and can’t be activated there is nothing we can do.

Depending if it is a screen issue it might be a touch IC (internal chip) might have worn out solder and it needs to be resoldered that will run 150 if you bring it in when they open probably give you a better idea of what is up.
