No they do not sell premade or refillable "vape pens" intended for e-liquid or nicotine. It's also nice to know there are batteries and chargers available at some vape shops that will fit the select cartridges. The Mythology Hermes battery/charger work with the Select cartridges, and has some nice features. Also quite a bit cheaper than the Select batteries. Nice to have options if you have to travel to medicate✌️🤙
