All lotions should work but what really matters is the CBD content. Higher is better. Most lotions are decently high in CBD and contain little to no THC. I do recommend some smokeable herb with high CBD and a low amount of THC for pain though. CBD helps with pain, THC gives you a head or body high.

I don't use the lotion or oils. Any of them should work fine. I believe to kill the pain you have to numb the brain

Yes, you do...but there is, in fact, a "science" application to it...depending on what type of pain receptors you are attempting to calm or temp. "sedate"... Memo: " numbing the brain" is NOT the objective if dealing with "Chronic" daily painful issues...likely aggravated by inflamation... Healthier "quality of Life"...and daily ability to function within "normal" (??) limitations of energy levels, productivity, cheerful (higher) levels of relating to Life, in general should be the primary concetn... It has been said...as a loving reminder... That "the objective is not to get high...but to be...on a higher, healthier level of appreciating daily Life..."
