If your asking will they exchange a gift card for cash the answer would be no.
But they may take a larger Target card and break it down to smaller increments so for instance u have a $100 target store brand card and u would like 10 , $10.00 target store cards it shouldn't be a problem ..good luck
And you can't use a gift card to purchase another gift card as well
