Yes You do need A VALID ID it can either a State ID or A Beginner's Permit Or A Driver's license but it has to be VALID and sometimes when You tell them how much you are needing or wanting for whatever item it is ....... say You are trying to pawn something like a new speaker and they ask You "How Much Are You Wanting For This?" And say You tell them something like $400.00 and sometimes they will say "I'm Sorry But I cannot not do $400.00 I could probably do something like betweeen $150.00-$300.00 or $350.00." Basically what you have todo is BARGAN WITH THEM UNTIL BOTH OF YALL AGREE ON A CERTAIN PRICE but YES You do need a valid ID
