Why does it take 5 people to work the drive through window and 1 (if 1 chooses to come to the front counter) it is VERY annoying and common practice at this McDonalds. Especially during morning and noon rush times.

Why do you come in to McDonalds and no one at the front for 15 20 minutes? Guess I should of went outside and walked thru the drive thru!!!!

Chick-fil-A is the quickest and McDonald's it all depends of what areas in. In the village McDonald's usually gets it right and pretty quick. Rodney Parham could run circles around the McDonald's in Hot Springs

Well in my experience most restaurant make drive-thru top priority. McDonald's is no diff from the rest of the fast food chains. If you have time try going through the drive-thru.

And for this they want $15 an hour. 😡

Hell that's anywhere anymore. Hard to get good customer service especially wal mart. 30 lanes 500 customers 4 cashiers and usually rude ones at that. But when a person such as myself, whom enjoys and has many years of customer service experience trys to get a job its almost impossible to find one. #wtfhasthisworldcometo
