I did not see air conditioner in ours but did see a fan in bedroom. I don't know what the other cottages have. It in cottage along side a cottage with four steps to a small deck. Nothing fancy. Has a TV and DVD player with some movies provided. Rustic and older.
No AC. Its Duluth you won't need AC
