I wish I can give you a good answer... looking at the time from when you posted this you probly figured it out already!!! For the ppl still looking I can say that the area of the apt is a good one no drama weekends can get a lil loud but it's in spitting distance from LSU sooo 🤷‍♀️ close to walmart and the daiquiri shop so that's a plus... mgmt just sucks... I lived in both the orginal unit and renavated and I will say that the apt is the same except for cosmetically still leaks still ac issues still electrical problems walls still paper thin and pipe are super old so if a neighbor has an issue so do you smh! Move at your own risk I no longer live in the state. So cant tell you were else to go.
Lights are not included you will have to get them in your name and pay the bill separately to entergy. If they move in a room mate with you, the lights will remain in your name and you both can split the bill but only the person who’s name the bill is in will be solely responsible for paying it. So if they choose not to you’ll be responsible for covering both halves. The apartments can put the bill in their name for an additional $50 a month added to each light bill.
@Asialyn where would you advise someone to find there first apartment?
The hub has no obligation to get your roommate to pay their share of the energy bill. So when you do move into the apartment and you happen to get there first and you need energy you’re going to put the energy in your name but that’s a loophole for people to not pay their energy bill. The hub will not help with eating to do with energy or utilities . Put you in a bad position and you will be responsible for everyone’s bill because people do not have to add themselves to your account and if you don’t have the money to pay for an entire bill by yourself then your life will be cut off and you will be a Evicted
Water and trash are included
Water and trash are usually included. Everything else is not included.
