This is a decent Panera outlet and you can get the standard Panera quality guaranteed. Food is made with care and they maintain the delivery/pickup window time quiet well. The only thing I would warn folks is that they seem to frequently change staff including management folks. This often brings in inexperienced employees and those that take shortcuts while packaging food. So order accuracy and consistency is a hit an miss here. Check you order everytime you pick something up for accuracy and completion as you might well find that modification you requested is not there or your side got skipped! Repeated complaints seem to only fix this for a few weeks as next month there is a totally new team and it's back to the same service. Hope they get better as I am a regular customer here and expect better from them.

I ordered catering with 2 traveler (96 oz) coffee, a tea traveler, bagels and cream cheese for a training I was facilitating. I had the order set to be delivered from 7:15-7:30 because the training started at 8:00. When the delivery hadn’t arrived by 7:42, I called. The person said the deliver driver left 40 minutes ago and to call back if they still hadn’t arrived in 15 minutes. Then, when the order arrived at 7:55 am, there were no cups with the order, only lids. We couldn’t drink any of the coffee or tea. I called at 7:56 and asked for them to deliver cups and was told they couldn’t because they didn’t have a delivery person there anymore. I then asked for a refund. I was told they would refund the coffee and tea. When I received my invoice via email, nothing had been removed. I called at 6:30 am this morning and asked to speak with a a manager. The manager, Janice, said she could not do anything because she wasn’t there yesterday and that I would need to call back later this afternoon to speak to the GM who was there yesterday and could probably help me. I do not recommend using this location for catering. I still have not been refunded for the coffee and tea that we couldn’t drink.

Good food,great service. I really like it when the the staff is friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. Food was fabulous. I tried something new and loved it. The Mexican soup was wonderful.

Large location with plenty of space for dining in or eating outside. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was amazing- particularly the wraps, but this moldy spot on the wall in my booth definitely was not. At first I thought it was a spill, but it definitely was a massive moldy spot. Gross!
