If I could a lower rate I would. The mailbox area is a mess and half of the mailboxes have no locks. The apartment I seen on the virtual tour was nothing like the apartment I received after signing the lease. The pool water is green all year long. I got outrages charges when moving out more than 400 worth the charges. The light billing situation is very confusing and you will be overcharged for that. I would rather sleep out side my college then live at the hub again.

My girlfriend and I have a one roomate and the three of us rent by the room for one apartment. My girlfriend paid for July last month on the 14th of June with bank statements and a paper trail with time stamps even though she has proof of paying rent she is getting charged later feel with full rent. Do NOT stay here if you want to get robbed out of your money and lied to in your face about it getting handled asap

You can start with a joint lease or an individual lease. In case of joint lease, you both pay a single cheque for the complete apartment(if you'r taking the whole apartment). While in individual lease you both will be paying on different cheques as per your registrations. Management guys will make appropriate changes in accordance to your convenience. Please do tell them your constrains. Hope this works.

I wish I can give you a good answer... looking at the time from when you posted this you probly figured it out already!!! For the ppl still looking I can say that the area of the apt is a good one no drama weekends can get a lil loud but it's in spitting distance from LSU sooo 🤷♀️ close to walmart and the daiquiri shop so that's a plus... mgmt just sucks... I lived in both the orginal unit and renavated and I will say that the apt is the same except for cosmetically still leaks still ac issues still electrical problems walls still paper thin and pipe are super old so if a neighbor has an issue so do you smh! Move at your own risk I no longer live in the state. So cant tell you were else to go.
