Mother's Day might be a bit crowded. Go early and secure a spot. Take some kind of sunshade device as it is supposed to be bright

There is a huge fallen tree close to the water behind the playground. There were hardly any people that far past the playground. And you could climb the tree! Plus, its a nice view.
