This Best Western Plus is literally within eyesight of 95. Gas stations and restaurants are also close. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are kept clean. This is a great motel to relax and refresh. The breakfast options are plentiful and fresh. The employee that keeps everything clean, fresh and the coffee hot, is constantly working to keep on top of it all. Definitely recommend this motel.

Great hotel, clean rooms, salt water pool, Ben at the front desk for the evening shift is great! Loved our chat with him about the area. Our beds were comfortable. This is an older hotel, clean & very well kept. There is a nice pet walking area and outdoor patio area. We stopped here instead of paying high prices for a Savannah hotel and I feel like Richmond Hill was a gem. We skipped the hotel breakfast--it had eggs, sausage, pancakes and opted to eat at a local small business. Afterwards we drove around and enjoyed the beautiful community before the noon check out. If you like small towns, you will this hotel and the area.

Warning- we booked a room at a expensive price of $211 - we have stayed here before. Upon entering our room I notice a lump in the bed. Upon inspection there was a wet towel from the previous guest under the blankets. They are not changing the bed sheets after every guest. We were moved to another room and told our bill would reduced. Instead it was increased. The new room had mold in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty and a dirt ring in the bathtub, there was a used towel from the previous guest hanging on the bathroom door. The front desk said there was no manager on duty and they knew nothing about it. Having stayed in Best western hotel through business and personal travel is location is one of the worst run I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend staying at this location. A clean room with clean sheets and comfortable bed is all customers need. You will not find neither here. Apparently the management will be calling me next week sometime-we’ll see. Safe travels

Everything was perfect! I have stayed here twice in one week as it is the halfway point between NC and Florida (for me). The check in process and quick and efficient. The room was clean, had a soft mattress and plenty of pillows. The mini fridge had a "freezer" section which was greatly appreciated. Also the shower was hot and really good pressure. I also appreciate the free hot breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.
