Call Dockers marina bar/restaurant .... People dock there. Theres also an area by the canal between lighthouses where small sailboats and boats go. They anchor and set up water tables around evening.
This is a public beach area. No docks at all. You could go into the inlet into Muskegon lake and dock there via one of the boat area rentals for docks.
There are no docks at Pere Marquette. It is a public beach. You would need to go into Muskegon lake for dock rentals. I suppose you could anchor offshore but that is likely a coast guard or sheriff question.
