Yes they do. You will want to contact the Muskegon City Hall and go to there planning department. That is the department that handles any and all Park and playground equipment. I hope that helps. So don't waste your time trying to generally call City Hall and ask them to call the city hall and ask to speak to the planning department and someone there should be able to help you from there.
