The Pere Marquette beach does close at 11pm but in all honesty I've been down there well past 11pm as it's right along a residential road and I usually see people goofing around on the beach. Last week (beginning of Aug 2018) there were a group of people having a bomb fire. Also, there's no gates or locks on the pier that you walk on out to the lighthouse either. I've lived here since I was 6yrs old and was a teen when it used to be a huge party spot, but now, over 20yrs later, the city has redeveloped the whole area and it's no longer a teen party spot and no longer a police hot spot.
No, the park hours are 5am to 11 pm. I just googled it, and that is every day of the week. If you have other questions, you can email Muskegon parks and recreation also, or call the number on their web site.
Not actually sure. But I do believe the pier would have a posting. You can always take a stroll along the beach. The lighthouse is not one you can tour tho.
