It depends on their current stock / title.
Again they go off of their current stock, age of the movies, etc, some they will take some they won't. The only way to find out is to take them in, if you don't like their price take them back.
It depends on the return value. If you see a used DVD that you believe is overpriced, check it periodically because the prices do go down.
