As a Gold member, I was very disappointed at check in to find out there was a $200 holding fee to be charged in addition to the cost of my room. The fee is absurd given the quality of the hotel. Never paid a fee before and it should have been mentioned during my booking. I wasn’t offered any snacks at check in but was thanked for being a member. I stayed for one night because my son had a track meet that was literally 7 minutes away at a local high school. The room was very clean and close to an exit which I like. The bathroom was little cramped and the tub did not drain properly when we showered. To add, the AC didn’t work all that well either so I didn’t sleep very well from being hot and the remote to the television didn’t work properly. Aside from those things, I would say my stay was okay for the one night. I’ve been to Best Westerns that were way better. Giving it 4 stars because the young lady who checked me in was awesome. She had a was very pleasant and professional.

Positive: It's ok, no bad at all the room, the only no like is the shower, the shower head hose is broke a little bit and running water in both, shower head and shower hose. The rest is fine. Negative: My check in is at 3 and my room is not ready and wait 15 minutes in the lobby with put discount or something, also pay $200 extra if a break something when I wait in the lobby and no give me any discount or something. My wife no want to comeback here.

Positives: Very clean room with upgraded tile floors. Negatives: beds are old sinking in the middle, and room overall is small and bathroom is tiny. That $200 deposit in addition to your room total to be held on your card is outrageous. Never heard of anything like it. $20-$100 maybe...but $200 is ridiculous and I only stayed one night...the deposit was double the cost of my stay and it will take up to 7 business days to get it back after checkout. Be warned!!!

This was my first and last visit to this hotel I paid $350 for a 1 night stay after driving from Upstate NY to Woodbridge. My room had an awful smell, carpets are clearly never cleaned. Light fixtures in the room did not work and the bathroom was large enough for a stick figure to use. It’s been 10 days since I’ve checked out & my $200 “hold fee” that was not mentioned at the time of booking only after arriving to the front desk has still NOT been refunded. I would much rather recommend the comfort suites across the street for booking, the service & rooms are much better and your funds are returned in a timely manner. Next time I will stick to what I know.. Lesson learned I will never book last minute again or visit a Best western ever again .

They do not; just a dining area for a good breakfast, complementary with your stay. However, there are several restaurants within a few minutes' walking distance, including Outback across the street, and a hibachi restaurant immediately behind the hotel.
