The pier was free to get in but you need to find a parking meter$2 for the first hour and then another $2 and then around the corner from the pier there is a spot that you can pay for to park all day which I think it was five to $10 to park for all day

You'll have to pay, not sure of the rate.

Parking costs vary by where you park. A meter is cheapest if you can find one and don't plan on staying long. Other costs were around $10 - $20 depending on who you parked with.
