Are Thunder Muffins good after freezing and if so how should they be wrapped.

They freeze well in a plastic bag. Then wrap loosely in a paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds or so to reheat.

I wrap them in press and seal then put in a ziplock bag.

Yes....we always tale a dozen home, seal tight in a freezer bag (muffins wrapped in plastic wrap before) and then freeze!
