Dogs are not allowed on the beach. In a boat or off the beach in the trees is okay. People do bend the rules, but they are definitely not allowed on the beach itself.
There is a sign facing the parking area which reads NO DOGS BEYOND THIS POINT BY ORDER OF TOWN BOARD. Beyond that point is the beach, so no to dogs on beach. I took a photo of the sign, wish I could post it here.
There is a sign that says no dogs, it is right when you walk up to the beach on the right side. Although, I've seen plenty of dogs, so assuming if they're leashed no harm no foul?
