Your most likely stuck with the product if it is opened allready,bit call and talk to manager,as he may make you happy.just remember they have to honor it,but you must be able to prove it as well
Take it back and talk to management.
In my experience Ingles has been great to work with on this sort of thing. Just take it back and speak to a manager. They are normally really helpful.
