Several of the McDonald's locations that I have seen tell you to go online and apply. I have seen others that have application days advertised with flyers on the door or their Electronics signs. You could also dress nicely like for an interview and go in and ask if the managers available and see if they are looking hiring. O or you can ask anyone who's behind the counter. You might want to make sure that they're not real busy at the time you walk in. Good luck
I know the ones in Huntsville AL have a certain 'application/interview' day. If its not on the door then you can ask one of the managers or cashiers. They told me to put my application in online and then to come back on that day during those hours and the hiring manager for all the stores here would be there. But I believe all of our McDonald's franchises are owned by the same family.
