I've been here once & have been trying to figure out what "outside plate" is! I also see "outside tray", sandwich, etc. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? 🙂

It's just pork bbq. You can get it as a plate or just a sandwich

It is the name given to the roasted pork that is cut from the "outer" portion of the BBQ ham. Usually cut into bite sized pieces.
