Very unhappy I took a suit to be clean and press, I ask for no crease. When I picked the suit up it looked awful. Jacket was not press good and yes the pants had crease. Once crease are in it takes a minute to remove them. The Manger said she'll redo it but it was worst. So now where they press the pants down now the crease was on the side .

Yes Ms Smith. We do have a method of cleaning your furs. Simply talk with the manager of the store you use. I will also speak with the managers about the procedure of accepting furs for cleaning.
