The young lady at Iras was absolutely wondeful for me this past Saturday(May 21)! My fist mistake was ordering from 1800 Flowers! I ordered 3 arrangements all the same for a graduation dinner, only 1 was delivered. I saw that they were from Iras and went up there to explain what had happened and how 1800 Flowers failed to clarify with them. She was closing in 20 minutes but happily put together 2 wrapped bouquets for me for this special occasion. They went perfectly with the one arrangement I had received. It was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Iras. She was beyond helpful and courteous and pleasant. Thank you again. The graduation table was a success
