Yes, we played last week. If you need clubs and balls you can get them at Paisley Paws or The Local Hiker.
No fee, just walk into one of the downtown businesses adjacent to the Mini Putt area and retrieve clubs. You must return thr clubs after you're finished.
It's open 24/7. Clubs and balls available during business hours at adjacent businesses.
