Don't know the exact date but I do know it's been there at least 12 years..

The Publx on Washington Road has been here for several years. It is pretty close to Town Center Park. There is a newer Publx further down the road, towards the lake.

They already have Publix and not that far from the park liked mile away or so. But, I think Publix supposed to be building in somewhere in Evans on Washington Road... I don't know.
