Store is always clean. My only issue is the time that the store opens. 10am? I mean come on people. I want to get my shopping done early. Open at 8am

I had a problem with getting my Kohl's cash from when I made a online purchase. When I came into the store and tried to use them there was a little issue that was quickly and easily resolved. The employees at the store and the one online were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had Kohl’s cash and I wanted towels and bathroom rugs and nothing seem to be in the right spot. I did find a portable record player on clearance and that was my big score!

My granddaughters spend a couple of weeks with me every year. I guess I'm old fashion. I don't like to see my granddaughters with cloths so tight 😫 that I have problems breathing lol. I can always depend on Kohls to have something fashionable that they like and something that is age appropriate that I like. I always bring them to Kohls and let them pick out what they like. For grandmothers like me...I do recommend Kohls.
