I have work in fast food for a very long time when something like that happens you call the restaurant ask to talk to a manger tell them what has happen then ask for corporate number call and tell them also what happen and they can help you with that situation an if the restaurant manger give you any problems and refuses to give you corporate call another restaurant for the number
