They gave me a burger without a patty. I also asked for two fries and they gave me one fry and one mozzarella sticks. This place sucks. How do you forget the patty?

We made an online order, we got all the way home and my daughter's food was not in the bags. To say we live a little out of the way is not a joke. We live so out in B.F.E. that by the time our food gets here it's no longer hot or even warm. So we ended up having to drive all the way back there to get it. Which I don't like. However, i can sympathize with them because i have worked in food service before myself. Accidents happen. They are usually extremely busy so I know it can get crazy. I wish we didn't have to waste gas, especially with gas prices being how they are, but this happens. No one's perfect.

The speaker system was down, and the woman who took my order at the window was very calm and professional about the situation. Lierra Curry, I have also worked fast food for years and that is totally wrong on her part. I agree with Catherine and call the store in the morning and talk to the manager, and ask for corporates number and tell them. If u get what you out of it then call the heath department on them
