No they do not buy TV's from people. That would be for a nicer pawn shop (so ya can get more hopefully) or as the feller above said there's always Facebook market place if ya have Facebook.
Probably not best buy, I know Facebook market place is a good place to advertise. But I might be interested. What kind and what size?
