Your store is not very friendly and lazy we had to buy 2 tires your service Manger was very rude didn't help us it was like he didn't care about customers at all is that how you Train them so we didn't buy the tires and probably won't go back

It is very rare that I come across a friendly employee here. Most employees are rude, have no customer service skills, etc. Janice in baby/toddler department is one of the gems at this store.

If you think those areas are bad, what do you think about the people who scan, highlight or check the receipts???? THEEEEE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Lately they have been on their phones either talking, texting or playing a game. It's like the position could be eliminated because what are they actually doing?

Its not my store but put yourself in there shoes, over worked and under paid
