Why can I not talk to an employee? Now i need to drive 50 miles to see if you have what I want.
I want to know why the phone is 100% automated and you can't get an employee or manager in the phone? This is VERY frustrating. My purchase was VERY expensive and the phone puts me on an automated circus wheel! Why?????
