It makes me sad to recall the heyday of Best Buy. The stores are a shell of their former glory. At least the staff here was helpful and knowledgeable. I'd love to go back to 1998 and experience the store I used to love...

I currently have a beautiful new fridge sitting in a box in my garage and a dead one in my kitchen because Best Buy has sent TWO teams to my house and neither has been capable of removing the old fridge. I had to take a day off work only to be told that they schedule the wrong team AGAIN. The lack of communication and planning is bewildering.

Had a broken laptop and figured the Geek Squad was going to be my best option to get the repair done quickly. Unfortunately, the original diagnosis of corrupt Windows files was not correct and the wipe/reinstall of a fresh Windows 10 image did not solve the issue. I did not, however, realize this did not solve the problem until I took my laptop home and went through the setup process. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment to bring my laptop back the following day. This time the Geek Squad ran some hardware diagnostics and found that the HDD was bad. They were apologetic and worked to find me the most economical resolution. In just a couple days the laptop was good to go! Although it took a couple trips, my experience was great due to great customer service, especially from Agent Dash. Agent Dash kept me informed throughout the process and was knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond with assisting me with getting my Microsoft Office downloaded again, getting Chrome downloaded, allowing me to go home and get straight to work. I would 100% recommend the Brighton Geek Squad (especially Agent Dash) for any repairs or service on your hardware.

You can look on the website and see if the item is available at the store
Select option "1" (product availability) then option "2" which will lead you to "stay on the line" then you may be put on hold for a minute or two to reach a representative. This is what worked for me at least!
Did you go to the manager.
I can't walk through the door without being surrounded by associates asking if I need help with anything
I usually email a company if I need to get ahold of them, could it be that your calling them before opening or after closing?
I feel that, it's better to be in their face most of the time
My name is Pat Housewright and ii want yo know oif i still hsve warrantyvoon my computers. And will it cover the screen being broken.?
I find calling the store directly helps quite a bit, dont deal with those call centers
Yes
I don't work wherever you're calling. I'm retired.
No. The one 8 plus is bigger. So it won't fit your phone if you have an iPhone 8
There is a box in the front of the store you can drop off anytime
Try their online chat function found on the website. I usually have better luck there.
You can buy items in store with a driver's license. Otherwise, if you don't receive a paper bill you need to call customer service for your account number.
No.... Tvs have one style only
