Select option "1" (product availability) then option "2" which will lead you to "stay on the line" then you may be put on hold for a minute or two to reach a representative. This is what worked for me at least!
I feel your pain!! I can't tell you how many times I've been so frustrated with companies doing this! I truly believe it's an avoidance factor. I now take time out of my already crazy schedule and go back to the store! Maybe I should charge THEM for my time!
