All ACRES Land Trust preserves are open from dawn to dusk, trails are not open at night. These are protected places, so fishing is prohibited at all ACRES preserves.
At the preservation there is not. But the Salamonie river runs next to it and it does

Unknown. If you're talking about the Wabash river that runs next to the reserve the Army corps of engineers at Salamonie forest might know. I didn't see much fishing areas besides that.
