Does the park have RV campsites ? How do you get information on camping in the park? And is anybcamoing near the water ?

Go to ncstatepark.com you can pull up each individual park and it will tell you about camping and amenities. The site list all 41 state parks

Check the web site, they are opening cabins, car camping and tent camping this year
