I completely agree with the other reviewer above, but at the same time I have to make a point. IHOP is not a traditional fast-food restaurant, so a little wait time is expected, if you go during peak hours. The first time I visited the store, it was during peak hours, about 12:30 And it took me approx. 20 minutes to be seated but the food was hot and fresh, so the wait was worth it. Never went back during peak, always got seated quickly and served with a smile. Hope this helps.

Worst service. Don't bother calling in. They will never pick up. I tried calling one day and they never answered. So i went in. They intentionally let the phone ring or take it off hook. I witnessed it personally.

I experience the same thing is if they don't even care. It took the manager coming out there to get waited on. Is the wonder if they'll be in business any longer.
