We have been to many IHOP restaurants in the past. This one didn't impress at all. I think they were understaffed as food service took about 30 minutes. The table behind us got served minutes after we got our food and they were there before us. When it comes to the food, it was lackluster. They advertised new protein pancakes that are supposed to be made out of oat flour and other non wheat ingredients. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes. It's advertised as "loaded with blueberries" and topped with more. There were only 4 blueberries just on top. The lemon ricotta didn't taste like lemon. The pancakes themselves tasted like regular pancakes. Also ordered the Big Steak Omelette. I don't know.... the meat tasted weird. My son ordered the Strawberry Banana French Toast. He liked it since it was sweet. Overall I will not be going back to that location.

We got there around 1:50 pm on Sunday April 23 and was empty, only 4 tables with customers. It took 20 minutes for someone to ask us. We were a party of 9 and even that restaurant was empty they asked us if we minded to be seated separately. To be honest it felt like we were not welcomed so after 25 minutes we left.

The guy who took my order is always nice, this was my second time visiting this location however the 2+2+2+2! My sausages was burnt on one side & under cooked on the other side & the pancakes fell apart, bacon and egg was ok. Overall I know it would have been better if they were fully staffed! They are over work & should be acknowledge for their hard work & keeping up with the flow of customers.

This review is for the service only, as the food was as expected. We stopped in on a Sunday & Della greeted us with a smile & a warning that she was working alone. We had time so no problem. She kindly handled all the customers, greeting, taking orders and serving. She checked on everyone. She could have been all stressed out, but she didn't show it. Well done Della & thank you!

I completely agree with the other reviewer above, but at the same time I have to make a point. IHOP is not a traditional fast-food restaurant, so a little wait time is expected, if you go during peak hours. The first time I visited the store, it was during peak hours, about 12:30 And it took me approx. 20 minutes to be seated but the food was hot and fresh, so the wait was worth it. Never went back during peak, always got seated quickly and served with a smile. Hope this helps.
IHOP is a great place to eat but the service in that place is very bad...
I don't see a question.
Finders keepers
When i was there everyone was wearing mask until thier food arrived. They space people out from each other. And they have added plexiglass partitions between the booths. Actually IHOP did a better job then any other restaurants i visited in my two weeks there.
