I went in for my birthday drink and I was very excited. Initially there was no one in the lobby. There was an employee talking loudly on the phone and he cut me off as I was walking to the front. The lady at the front didn’t look at me the entire time I ordered. I asked for a large and she put in a small. I also ordered food and she messed that up too. No one smiled. No one engaged with customers. There were about five employees total. I expressed that I had asked for a large and the other employee gave me a dirty look. Their lobby became slammed and I said it was ok and left. When I opened my sandwich at work, there were burnt crusts in it from something else and it had egg when I asked for no egg. I will not return.
