Do campsites have lake access from the site itself?

Yes

Some of the tent sites as well as the yurts have access.

Some tent and yurt sites are directly on water. People next to us were not on water but looked easy for them to carry kayaks out and launch them at the nearby access

The Yurts are on the water all others are a hike.

Some but not all.

Some do not many

Some do. Not many, however.

Some butbnot many and those are booked months in advance.

Theres also a boat ramp and dock right by most of the campsites if thats what youre looking for. And trails along the water both ways.

There is some with lake access they usually get taken up pretty fast.
