Yes, you can bring coolers for water and food. No alcohol is allowed, due to a law suit where a person was involved in a car 🚗 accident and the injured party sued the Rock Quary for damages. The Plaintiffs won the suit through a settlement agreement. From that point on...no alcohol has been allowed in the Rock Quary, to prevent legal liabilities from occurring. Yes you can bring all your own food and drinks except for alcohol. Alcohol of any kind is not allowed in the park. They do a vehicle search and if any no matter how little is found you will not be able to enter. I've heard they will not even let you throw it away or pour it out. They have a few grills there but if you have a small one you can bring I suggest that rather than hoping for one to be be available.
