call the store that you purchased it from and see if you can return it...walmart has covid-19 guidelines for returning items
Most the time they will just give you a refund and you can purchase a new one. If it was done on a card you'll need that card so they can put it back on the card, they won't give you cash unless u paid cash.
They don't do exchanges. But they'll give you a gift card due to covid-19.
