Why don't they answer the phone!!!!!

There is usually a 10-15 person line out the door.. place is busy.. people need their natural meds.. they should answer the phone.. yet, you wont be disappointed. The budtenenders are phenomenal. Great staff. Worth the 5-10 minute wait

I'm sorry about that. We've been using the budtenders to answer the phones but when the store gets busy or they end up on a long phone call the phones can go unanswered. We're aware that this isn't the solution and we're adding a receptionist in the very near future.
