Update: Just came here again 28/Jul/2022 and Stephanie was wonderful. She was literally scrubbing the place with a toothbrush top to bottom. The place was so clean. And she was so friendly and helpful. She weighed my laundry for me to make sure I was using the right machine and helped make sure I had everything I needed. End of update I’m not a fan of these places. The last place I dropped my stuff off on New Boston RD ruined all my clothes and had horribly rude staff. So I decided to go here and do everything myself. This place has super friendly staff and it’s ridiculously clean. One staff member Kelly helped me out today. They waved hello when they got there and opened up a few minutes early. They opened the door for me so I could carry my stuff in and were super polite the entire time I was there. They taught me how to work the machines and even taught me a thing or two about bugs. Not that bugs have anything to do with laundry. It was just a cool conversation. As far as the place: The machines work well and are really quick. None of my clothes were harmed in any way. The cost is cheap too. I got to dry all my stuff for free. I couldn’t be happier. I think I’ll try their drop-off service next time. I watched Kelly doing some loads and I was surprised at how gentle they were. They really seemed to care about what they were doing. So I would definitely trust this place with my stuff.

Very Clean , kudos to Casey , she is very pleasant and helpful , great worker ! I especially liked using the Card instead of Coins . Years ago , we had to use them . Not only are they much cleaner, they don't transmit disease. You Save money,, 4 free swipes for the dryer, and it can be used as a Credit Card.! How do you like that ! The dryers work really well and dry the clothes fast ! I was impressed with this Laundrymat. It was my first time there . I will definitely be back ! Cindy Sousa,

Today was my 1st time using North End Laundromat. Cassie (the manager) approached me and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and helpful in guiding me through the process of using the machines and helped me with the payment …I shared your kind words with my staff, who I'm really proud of too.
