This maybe a stupid question but, say im coming from out of state, and i would like to purchase some recreational bud. Is the 1 oz per day only for mass residents or can in out of stater buy up to an ounce too?

The state daily per person limit is the same for residents and non-residents alike: 1 oz of flower or 5 g of concentrates or a combination of those below the limits.
