Apparently, they don't let you carry a "normal" adult backpack. Basically, descrimination. I have a form of autism. I carry a pretty hefty backpack with me at all times, so I don't forget things- food, library books, bus bass, wallet, water, class materials, etc.
According to the website as of August 30, 2019: "Bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” are not be allowed into Providence Park. All bags are subject to a visual search before entry. Providence Park will not check and hold any oversized bags while supporters attend the match. One bag per person. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed into Providence Park."
