Price would determine the game. I would try to avoid scouting since majority is scam.

We got pretty good seats 15 min before game start. But it all depends on what your willing to pay vs the seat location.

I believe pricing depends on the event you're going to see. Ticketmaster may be the best place to start for pricing. I showed up about 2 hours prior and had a lot more time on my hands than I needed. I would think an hour or an hour and a half early would be sufficient to park, stop for concessions, and make it to your seat
