It can be no larger than 4.5" by 6.5". I was just at the game this past Sunday. Basically a small hand purse. OR, it has to be a clear bag

You may want to check their website before the concert. I know the clear bag policy is in effect for Vikings games.
You are only allowed clear bags. They will make you throw it away.
