Hi Kathroia, We are so glad to see you are interested in leasing with us! At this time we have our large one bedroom available for immediate move in. To apply you would have to pay a $45 application fee for anyone 18yrs of age or older. If you are married it is $50. There is also a deposit of $175. Your move cost would depend on the day you move in since we prorate rents here. When are you looking to move? Also, what size apartment are you interested in leasing?
